In compliance with the GDPR and LOPD-GDD, we inform you that the personal data collected by Spanish For Everyone through the forms on its pages will be incorporated and processed in our files in order to facilitate, expedite, and fulfill the commitments established between Spanish For Everyone and the User or the maintenance of the relationship established in the forms they fill out, or to address a request or query from the User.

The categories of data processed by Spanish For Everyone are only identifying data. In no case are special categories of personal data processed within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR.
Legal Basis for the Processing of Personal Data
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is consent. Spanish For Everyone undertakes to obtain the explicit and verifiable consent of the User for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes.
The User shall have the right to withdraw consent at any time. It will be as easy to withdraw consent as to give it. As a general rule, withdrawing consent shall not affect the use of the Website.
In cases where the User must or may provide their data through forms to make inquiries, request information, or for reasons related to the content of the Website, they will be informed if completing any of them is mandatory because they are essential for the proper development of the operation carried out.
Purposes of Processing to Which Personal Data are Destined
Personal data is collected and managed by Spanish For Everyone in order to facilitate, expedite, and fulfill the commitments established between the Website and the User or the maintenance of the relationship established in the forms filled out by the latter, or to address a request or inquiry.
Likewise, data may be used for commercial purposes of personalization, operational and statistical activities, and activities inherent to the corporate purpose of Spanish For Everyone, as well as for the extraction, storage of data, and marketing studies to adapt the Content offered to the User, as well as to improve the quality, operation, and navigation of the Website.

Retention Periods of Personal Data

Personal Data of Minors
Respecting what is established in articles 8 of the GDPR and 7 of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, only those over 14 years of age may give their consent for the lawful processing of their personal data by Spanish For Everyone. If it concerns a child under 14 years of age, consent from parents or guardians will be required for the processing, and this will only be considered lawful to the extent that they have authorized it.

Spanish For Everyone undertakes to adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures, according to the appropriate security level corresponding to the risks of the data collected, so as to guarantee the security of personal data and avoid its destruction, loss, or accidental or unlawful alteration, transmission or access, or any other form of unauthorized processing.
However, because Spanish For Everyone cannot guarantee the impregnability of the internet or the absence of hackers or others who fraudulently access personal data, the Controller undertakes to inform the User without undue delay when a personal data breach is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals. According to Article 4 of the GDPR, a personal data breach means a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed.

Rights Derived from the Processing of Personal Data
The User has on Spanish For Everyone and, therefore, may exercise against the Controller the following rights recognized in the GDPR and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights:
- Right of access: It is the User’s right to obtain confirmation from Spanish For Everyone as to whether or not their personal data is being processed and, if so, to obtain information about their specific personal data and the processing that Spanish For Everyone has carried out or carries out, as well as, among other things, information available on the origin of such data and the recipients of communications made or planned for them.
- Right to rectification: It is the User’s right to have their personal data corrected if it is inaccurate or, taking into account the purposes of the processing, incomplete.
- Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”):It is the User’s right, provided that current legislation does not establish otherwise, to obtain the erasure of their personal data when these are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed; the User has withdrawn their consent to the processing and there is no other legal basis for such processing; the User objects to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing; the personal data have been unlawfully processed; the personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation; or the personal data have been obtained in relation to the offer of information society services directly to a child under 14 years old. - Right to restriction of processing: It is the User’s right to restrict the processing of their personal data. The User has the right to obtain restriction of processing where the accuracy of the personal data is contested; the processing is unlawful and the User opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests instead the restriction of their use; the Data Controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by the User for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims; or the User has objected to processing pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the Data Controller override those of the User.
